Indicatorul cel mai utilizat pentru a masura cresterea este produsul intern brut (PIB).<\/p><p>Masurarea cresterii economiei se realizeaza prin calcularea ratelor de crestere a PIB-urilor din tarile lumii in termeni de PIB (la valoarea de piata a tuturor bunurilor si serviciilor finale produse pe o perioada determinata pe plan intern, tin\u00e2nd seama de inflatie) sau a utilizarii acesteia (pe cheltuieli).\u201d<\/p><p>Conform precizarilor metodologice, estimarea cresterii sa efectuat pe baza metodei\/estimarii FLASH. Metoda in sine presupune renuntarea la acuratete bazandu-se pe un set incomplete de informatii pentru a economisi timp (publicarea la 40-45 de zile de la sfarsitul trimestrului de referinta).<\/p><p>In Romania s-a precizat ca s-au folosit \u201caceleasi metode europene\u201d.<\/p><p>In calculul cresterii economice, nu am vazut ca s-a luat in calcul influenta inflatiei. Mai mult decat atat, pe site-ul Institutului National de Statistica se mentioneaza ca se folosesc preturile de piata, iar conform precizarilor metodologice se foloseste \u201cgross value added at basic price\u201d (valoarea adaugata bruta la pretul de baza) \u2013 similar. Conform Mediafax inflatia in primul trimestru al anului 2022 a fost de 4%.<\/p><p>Deci, chiar daca Produsul Intern Brut (PIB) a crescut (ca valoare) cu 5.2% (sa presupunem ca marja de eroare pentru estimarea FLASH nu este foarte mare), ajungem la concluzia ca pentru a stabili cresterea reala, trebuie sa eliminam inflatia.<\/p><p>Cu totii stim ca in ultima perioada tarile din intreaga lume, au inceput sa injecteze bani in economiile lor ceea ce a condus la o inflatie globala. Atunci cand se tiparesc bani, scade valoarea banilor si in consecinta se scumpesc bunurile si seviciile \u2013 generand inflatie. Inflatia reduce valoarea monedei in timp.<\/p><p>Cat de mult mi-as dori ca Guvernele si Institutiile statului sa comunice adevarul populatiei, oricat de sumbru ar fi acesta. Dar pentru ca Guvernele sa obtina noi imprumuturi si sa faca mai multe credite, prezinta un PIB umflat, astfel ca se mareste baza de raportare a deficitului bugetar.
